We will provide professional, highly trained bedwatch specialists, day or night, within 2 hours of your request.
We can assist with the management of challenging patients including, but not limited to, those under MCA, MHA and DOLS, or those with dementia, behavioural difficulties or personality disorders. We guarantee to treat your patients with respect, dignity and compassion, while ensuring both their safety and the safety of those around them.
How we work
Managing your patients safely.
Our bedwatch specialists integrate with your on-site teams, helping to ensure the best of care for your patients. All specialists are highly trained in mental health awareness, conflict resolution and physical intervention in a clinical setting, and their experience allows them to deescalate situations that would otherwise present a considerable risk to either the patient themselves or the staff managing them.
Upon arrival, the bedwatch specialist will identify themselves to the nurse in charge, then make a courtesy call to the on-site security team to make them aware of our presence.
Should our specialist have any clinical concerns regarding the patient during their shift, they will immediately raise these to a clinician to ensure the welfare, health and safety of the patient is maintained.
